In this class we will go over the essential skills that are foundational for all styles of miniature painting. Whether you have never painted a miniature before or just wish to reinforce your fundamentals, this class will provide hands on learning on the following topics:

 

- How to get the most out of a wet palette

- Proper brush control and technique 

- How to thin paint to the right consistency 

- Base coating, layering, shading, and highlighting 

 

All tools and materials will be provided. Students will be able to take home their paint brush and the model we paint in class. No experience necessary.
